Every once in a while we have to force our way in to clean and restock Bob’s area. We told him one of the neighborhood dogs had asked if he could come out to play once in a while. While cleaning we found some truly heart-warming notes Bob had received and proudly displayed near his computer. We don’t think he would mind us sharing just a few of them here:
“Hey Bob! You saved my grits man! How could I have known I was not supposed to edit that server config file like that!”

“I installed a plugin update at 11pm on a Thursday. By midnight my client’s store was a white rectangle. Bob had it back before I finished explaining what I’d done.”

“Our hosting company ‘helpfully’ migrated us to a new server without mentioning it would break everything. Bob fixed things I didn’t even know were broken. I think he enjoys it.”

“Bob: what happened before the ‘Restore-Backup’ will always be our little secret, right?”

“Someone hacked my business site and replaced every page with garbage. I found out from a customer. Bob had a clean backup from that morning. Three clicks and it was like it never happened.”

“WordPress released a major update and my theme hadn’t been tested for it. Site looked like 1999. Bob rolled it back while I was still on hold with support.”

“You really did ‘have my back’ Bob! If you ever come my way I’ll hook you up. Thanks!”

“I accidentally wiped out the wrong database. Six years of orders — gone. I actually cried a little. Bob said ‘give me ten minutes.’ He wasn’t kidding.”

“I tried migrating hosts myself to save eight dollars a month. Four hours later I had two broken sites. Bob came in like he’d seen this before. He definitely has.”
